The Student Services Commission traditionally meets annually at the Student Service Conference, and again every other year during the biennial CAAHE Conference.
A summary of the proceedings of each meeting is recorded to document the interests and efforts of the commission. Each commission is responsible for submitting its meeting minutes to CAAHE's Secretary / Treasurer.
