Consortium Business

The Consortium is governed by its members under the leadership of an elected Executive Board. The Executive Board is responsible for carrying out all CAAHE business activities to include establishing an annual operating budget; setting membership dues; and holding a biennial conference, biennial leadership retreat, annual business meeting, and annual Institutional Representative meeting. The bylaws act as the operating guidelines for the Consortium.

Annual Budget

After recommendation by the Executive Board and approval by the members, the CAAHE annual budget is adopted at an annual Business Meeting (held during the biennial CAAHE Conference or at the biennial Leadership Meeting),
